Rules and Terms & Conditions

All posts, blogs and other activities must have relevant content and all referrals MUST use the Iviation.com referral system which automatically tracks all activity and type.

In order to achieve first, second or third place status, you must meet the minimum points for the category above. If all three winners have more than 500 points, the person with the most points at midnight central US time on 19 Sep 08 will receive the first place award, and so on.

The maximum award will be for whatever category the person with the most points has. Example, the person with the most points has 300, the second with less and the third with less, the #1 will receive the prize for the Third Category and the others will not receive an award.

If there is a tie, the award will be split between however many people are in the tie.

Only one new referral subscriber can be registered to one sponsor (referrer).

By accepting the award, the recipient understands and agrees to the following:

1. Each recipient is responsible for any and all taxes, tariffs or other levees any local, state, and federal government can impose.
2. Iviation or it's affiliates makes no representation of any guarantee or warranty, explicit or implied, by Amazon.com or it's affiliates.
3. Iviation is not responsible for any shipping or handling or any other charges which may be associated with the selection of an item from Amazon.com.
4. Any discounts, returns, malfunctions, injuries, etc. are between recipient and Amazon.com or it's affiliates, not Iviation.
5. Each recipient understands this is a gift card from Amazon.com for the amount awarded during the contest only.
6. There is no cash value and all amounts are in U.S. Dollars.
7. Recipients under the age of 18 years old must have the permission of a parent or guardian in a written and notarized request to Iviation NO LATER THAN 25 September 2008 at 1138 N. Germantown Pkwy Suite 101-363 Cordova, TN USA 38016. We accept all methods of shipping. Electronic copies are not allowed.
8. Each award will be sent via email from Iviation.com system to recipient's registered email no later than 30 September 2008.
9. Iviation is not responsible for theft or loss of award.
10. Only three members per IP address allowed. Any additional will be disqualified.

Prizes & Points

This contest starts July 19th, 2008 and Ends on September 19th, 2008.
All points will counted beginning 7/19/08 and ending at 12:00 AM on 9/19/08.
Any points earned before the start date of the competition will not be counted.
